With the Tasman region experiencing high levels of residential and commercial development we require an experienced administrator to join our busy Building Support Team.

You will be providing a high level of administrative support, ensuring building consents, PIMS, and CCC applications are received, non-technically vetted, and promptly dealt with. Other responsibilities include invoicing, issuing of granted building consents and providing top quality customer service support to internal and external customers.

In conjunction with the Team Leader, you will also monitor, allocate and complete service requests, and ensure building assurance statistics and systems are accurate, comprehensive, and up to date. We need someone who can think on their feet, has excellent digital literacy skills, including a good working knowledge of databases.

Our ideal candidate will have local government, building, construction or trade experience. Some knowledge of building codes/regulations, quality assurance, computer-aided records management, and/or legislative compliance would be advantageous, however we will provide comprehensive on the job training to ensure you'll be successful in your role.
