Assistant Finance Officer (Fixed Term)
Kick off the new year with this seven month fixed term (parental leave cover) opportunity to gain experience and develop your skills in a large finance department!
Based in our Richmond office and reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, your typical day will include tasks such as scanning and loading invoices into the electronic purchase order system, setting up new customers in a database, and responding to customer requests. You'll also provide backup to the Finance Officer - Accounts Payable when required.
We are seeking a positive, self-starter with a calm and helpful customer service ethos and ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly. Of course you will have a genuine interest in accounting and finance, supported by your strong attention to detail, accuracy and good digital literacy skills. You'll also be happy to change hats and assist the wider Finance Team at peak times.
