Are you an experienced EA looking for your next opportunity to shine?

This is a great opportunity to use your skills and experience in a role which will provide professional support to our very busy Environment and Planning Manager and administrative services to the wider department. Another key priority for this role is to be the committee advisor for the Council's Regulatory Standing Committee.

This role offers more than your 'typical' EA role and you will need to be customer-focused, highly organised, produce work of a consistently high standard, and be able to comfortably switch focus and tasks - no day is the same in this role.

You will impress us with your "can do" attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure tasks are followed through to successful completion. You will also be confident dealing with people at all levels and be able to maintain a confidential and professional manner at all times.

You'll manage competing priorities with ease meeting deadlines and providing exceptional executive support across the raft of responsibilities associated with this diverse role, including formal minute-taking. You should also be creative, politically sensitive and have the confidence to work on your own initiative.

In return, we offer excellent collegial support, modern offices and a benefits package to suit your personal preferences.
