Administation Officer - Property Services
Behind any great team there is an even greater administrator. We currently have a vacancy that will provide the opportunity for you to shine.
The role operates within our property team, working predominantly with our Maintenance and Facilities Officer and Property Services Manager and covers a broad range of activities relating to the efficient maintenance of Council owned facilities. You will ensure property registers and databases are maintained to a high standard and assist in the management of furniture and fitting requirements of Council buildings. There will also be administration of leases and licenses including invoicing of fees and charges, associated debt management, and proving support with security access systems for Council buildings. This is a busy role so your ability to change your focus on a regular basis is essential.
Your extensive administration skills, a sharp eye for detail and strong customer ethos will be a real asset to our team and will suit someone who has a genuine interest in helping others, so the ability to communicate confidently and constructively with a wide range of people will be key for role holder. Ideally you'll also have a good grasp of facilities management and procedures but if not, don't worry we will train you!
